This is a cooking course where you are guided through several dishes and the theoretical principles of the increasingly trendy Street Food. You will take part in cooking all the dishes on the menu for the evening; steam buns with deep fried chicken (China / Taiwan), Pibil taco (Mexico), Lamb with Yoghurt (Turkey), Ceviche leche de Tigre (Peru), Gyoza with pork (Japan) and last but not least churros (Spain) for dessert. Small changes in the menu might occur.
